RJ has been working in Property Management since 2015 and played a key role in the development of the Property Management division at Kenmore Team. He is a plethora of rental property investment knowledge, using his skills to help Owners navigate the market and build quality investment portfolios. Always leading with inspiring positivity, he encourages the staff to be their best selves and motivates the team to excellence for our clients. Not to brag, but he’s also a multi-medaled Ironman! Brett was brought up in Real Estate and the Kenmore Team. After a couple of years in sales, he joined the Property Management division and has been a large contributor to its growth. Through networking, education and excellent communication, Brett works to promote KTPM and help Owners decide if property management is a good fit. His outgoing nature and passion for helping people are felt by everyone who works with him. In his spare time, you can find him enjoying the outdoors!

As the Property Manager, Jordan manages communication with our tenants, owners, and vendors regarding maintenance requests. She also coordinates our in-house construction teams schedule to dispatch accordingly for all maintenance requests.

Leasing Manager

As the Leasing Manager, Sierra works with applicants, tenants, and owners during the initial leasing, renewal periods, and move outs of properties to ensure a seamless and quality experience for all parties. The process includes a wide range of task such as completing marketing packages for homes and posting them online, tenant screening, communicating with future tenants and owners, and issuing leases. Renewals offers, market analysis, and proper notices are of high importance during re-leasing periods, and property move outs which include deposit dispositions and a lot of communication.

Leasing Assistant

As the Leasing Assistant, Cam helps potential tenants look for and find the home that they are interested in. From there he shows them the property, explains the application process and answers any additional questions. After applicant approval, he meets the tenant at the home for them to pick up their keys!

As Operations, Gabi works with our accounting team and handles the accounting, owner communication, on-boarding new properties and answering any questions tenants or owners have.

As Operations, Janine assists the team with maintenance related items. She communicates with our tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
